Interesting post! I played professional hockey for 10 years and every game my only focus was on beating the other guys. I get friends asking me if I am the same way in business. I really don’t think I am. I am more as you describe, which is trying to build great tools to help people learn languages, which should, in turn, lead to growing the company. I don’t feel like I need to beat the Rosetta Stone’s and Duolingo’s of this world to do so.
