New research shows the real ways to happiness and health.

Sometimes people are surprised by the intersection of my interests, wondering how a business can combine work, permaculture, yoga and communication — and it’s true, this is unusual!
But it’s not so much of a stretch — more of a new framework for looking at how we live, work and do business. After all, we know that happier people are more engaged, healthier people are more productive and teams that collaborate well are stronger and achieve more.
Even without the business benefits, most of us simply want to live the good life. That definition will be different for each of us, of course, but there is much we can learn about relationships, health, peace of mind and planet from people who have done the work before us.
If I was to sum it up in a simple statement, my goal is to make work and business serve people better through proven holistic frameworks. To help people integrate what’s important into their lives now, as opposed to waiting until they have enough money, time, or a major life event to shift their perspective.
