“The king assigned them a daily amount of food and wine from the king’s table. They were to be trained for three years, and after that they were to enter the king’s service.” — DANIEL 1:5(NIV)

To serve our King, Jesus we may require more than three years of training. The training God takes us through in order to do his work involves a lot of surrender and submission allowing Him to work in us and through us . With surgeon like hands he carefully removes the cancerous parts and replaces them with fully functional parts in order that we may be fit for service.

Let us allow him to work in us.
