VISUALIZING MY EXPERIENCE AT AMAL
After my selection in Amal, I thought this is like the other academic courses that bored me very soon. So I decided to attend the first class if I feel I am interested or it is worthwhile then I will further continue it.My center was Gcu which I always wanted to explore and meet the students there and ask how’s the environment there.
On Day one, my PM and PA warmly welcomed everyone with the delicious chocolate
The most important thing I love about Amal is the environment, such a positive, happy, learning, and amazing, this thing made me connect to Amal. I travel a long way from Bhooptian Chowk to GCU which takes around 1 hour, put in the effort because of the unique standards of Amal. We did group tasks, teamwork, dIY activities, and my favorite energizer. Mam Javeria always engaged with everyone in the class and no one become bored.
The first two weeks were amazing. I visualize and reflect myself where I am standing and trust me there are hundreds of things to which I am confused and they are just in my mind and I don’t think beyond my boundaries. I become more clear, energetic, punctual, responsible, competent, and punctual now. By doing life map, now i can clearly define myself.
I am the type of person to whom little things attract more. There are so many cute lil things at Amal like Mam Javeria’s 3 2 1 and everyone became attentive, learning things with movie videos, fun activities, outing and photography. One of the cute thing is they gave us a lot of sticky notes to write for ourself (i am not crying). :)
During the fellowship i explored many areas nearby and my most favourite place were the road and the birds in front of the museum attracted me so much.
I did photography as i love to do it and my mates always asked to click their pictures and i enjoyed it alot. Everyone are just love. This 3 months gave me the most beautiful memories and the amazing people.
