The Lake

I can see my breathe every time in the air. My hands freezing cold, my body shaking, my nose red, my eyes watering from the wind. Walking on a trail around a lake. Snow and ice all over the floor. Darkness. It’s dark outside. I look next to me and I see someone talking. Talking about their whole life story. Seeing them smile so hard when talking about embarrassing moments in their life. They get so passionate when talking about things that they admire. At this moment I was on my first date with a guy I really liked. It went so well and after a couple more dates we ended up dating and still are now.
