For All of Elon Musk’s Brilliance, He Can’t Grasp This Fundamental Concept

Socializing innovation obviously requires that people believe “solutions” come from R&D. Musk has not made anything that must be permanent, and the negative implications that are the crux of this article’s resistance to Musk’s ideas are less likely to ever materialize than is the onset of even newer technologies — emboldened largely by examples of success provided by Musk. I find the political overlay in this article emotionally interesting but actually probably irrelevant to the real importance of society’s experience of Musk innovations.
