Biennale of feminism gathers artists from 22 countries reflecting upon the economic and reproductive freedoms, domestic violence, body image, mental health, political activism, sexuality, sexual objectification, and various aspects of everyday life. The Soviet posters, paintings and photos dedicated to women’s liberation and engagement in public life are also exhibited.

The Feminnale lasts 17 days: in memory of 17 women who were burned in the fire in the printing house in Moscow in 2016. 14 of them were labor migrants from Kyrgyzstan. November 27th, 2019.
