Conflict in the Red sea is the newest addition to its kind. It can be seen as another war in middle east as it is not something new. Conflicts in middle east has a history of centuries. Moreover, from 2001, there have been a war somewhere in the Middle east which most of you have noticed. Afghanistan War from 2001 to 2021, Iraq invasion in 2003 are prime examples. However, the conflict in the Red Sea means to have a greater impact on the world than we think.

Red Sea is a narrow strip with borders to many countries like Egypt, Sudan, Eritrea, Saudi Arabia and Yemen. Maximum width is 190 miles and greatest depth 3,040 meters and its area approximately 450,000 square km.

Importance of the Red sea came into the limelight of global trade due to the Egypt’s Suez cannel which was built initially in 1869 connecting Red sea and Mediterranean sea. It has a length of 193.3km dividing Asia and Africa.
