It’s devastating. I am still shocked when I hear ignorant people claim refugees don’t ‘want’ to stay in their countries. So, they ‘want’ to drown or disappear at sea. I wish you all the best with finding the truth.

As a point of interest, and if you cannot answer, it’s fine, I wonder what Eritreans think of other African countries as havens, as opposed to the risk of Europe? Is this feasible? We hear of migration north but not much to the rest of Africa. Just wondered…
