Day 4 Andela Boot Camp

What do you do when you have a program, and you know that a bug is visible at a particular point during the execution of the program?

Before answering that question , let me remind you that the activities of the day started with the usual fun exercises and jokes and more knowledge of ruby was added to the previously learnt ones.I got to really know the differences between proc, lambda and blocks . Andela introduces you to new things everyday.

Now back to main question

What do you do when you have a program, and you know that a bug is visible at a particular point during the execution of the program?

simply use binary search to pin-point the place where it actually happens. This can be much faster than single-stepping through large parts of the code.

That’s another new concept I've learnt at andela boot camp .
