Great article! I am a little bit confused about the Random Forest part using Bootstrapping. Random Forest uses a subset of features to build uncorrelated decision trees. I think what you are referring to here (decision tree based on bootstrapped samples) is Bagging (Bootstrap+Aggregate) algorithm which is slightly different than Random Forest.
