Here are some good articles and deck templates from the net.
I would say all of them cover 95% of the content well. You can start from either of them, develop your business concept, your slides, develop your business plan in parallel. When you think your current deck is good enough, cross check other templates to see if you cover every items other templates are suggesting. You never know, your startup and your business model might stand out better from a slightly different angle.
