My Journey to a Super Human Being #JustStart

Everyone goes through teenage but one thing always sets it aside in life is the long hours of sleeping in. I remember when my little sister tuned into a teenager she started sleeping so much that I had to check if she was breathing or dead. I too sleep everyday more then the human requirement I don’t know why but the feeling of waking up late feels so good like I am going to be rewarded for it.

I looked up to people who sleep and wake at the right time. To me they are super human beings. So I started doing what they do, I tried sleeping at the right time i set out some tasks in order to achieve my goal. I kept myself busy throughout the day, I worked out, went out for grocery shopping did some volunteer work.

At night I went to bed at ten but I just couldn't fall asleep I kept turning asking my family if they are asleep. First day I slept at two in the morning and woke up at seven. I slept for five hours, I told my self i’m going to keep my self busy and at night ill sleep at the right time. The day passed by night came I was excited that finally today will be the day ill turn into a super human. I crawled onto my bed at ten thinking i’ll go to sleep but I slept at two. The next day when I woke up I thought it all out what went wrong.

I looked at my list of task and came to a point that they were unrealistic my body was used to sleeping at two in the morning I wouldn't feel very energetic if I keep waking at seven and sleep at two . I changed them made more realistic like sleeping at twelve and waking up eight I followed that. Now I feel like I am a super human being, living a healthy life.
