One size does not fit all.

This is especially true in leadership and management. Some people prefer micromanagement, some lean towards a hands-off approach, some want something in between.

Managementality was made to to be an avenue for expression and discussion on leadership and management, in all levels and in all industries — by anyone, those who are in management, on a management-track, or those who aspire to be or have stories about theirs.

The site content will focus on the leadership and management styles made available through books, videos, conferences, podcasts and the like. We will do our best to summarize and sift through the gibberish to provide a thorough analysis of the different facets and styles of leadership.

We’re here to contribute what we can to help advance the discussion on the matter, perhaps even inspire those who are aspiring to be leaders to find the approach that will work for them best. As readers of the site, your thoughtful, even critical response to our content will not only incite dialogue, but will also further our mission to be the avenue for intelligent discussion on leadership.
