Less guessing, more action, more discipline, better results. If I set myself a goal to write a book, I might as well forget it. I won’t write a book in one go and just thinking about it is too overwhelming. On the other hand, if I split it into simple tasks like writing every day first thing in the morning for 30 minutes, this is how I can make sure I’m getting closer to my goal.
