Rachel, thank you SO much for sharing this. First of all I love acronyms! (It just makes everything so much easier to remember!) Second of all, I just love the idea that we are not our feelings therefore we should not identify with them. I’ve struggled personally with anxiety and depression and it really helps to hear how important it is to non-identify, to let go. Feelings are just feelings. What we do with our feelings is what really defines us.
