Teachers Going Gradeless
Arthur Chiaravalli

Interesting points. This reminds me of the intense debates that came out of reading Pirsig’s ‘Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance’ back in college in the early 90’s. Many brains imploded at the thought of giving up grades and receiving only comments for the remainder of the class. This changed my life significantly and has become a larger part of my leadership philosophy as a business owner and employer.
