#MakerGirlGoesMobile

MakerGirl is a student startup out of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. We teach 3D printing classes to girls aged 7–10 with the mission of increasing female interest in STEM. This summer, we are launching #MakerGirlGoesMobile, a 3D Printing “Lab on Wheels”. This lab will be fully equipped with 3D printers, laptops, and session materials.

We will be traveling for 8–10 weeks across the country to host mobile sessions. Our goal is to target underserved/underfunded populations and impact 1500 girls across the United States.
