5 Best Investments to make in your 20s.
In our 20s, we are active, enthusiastic, eager, have self-doubts, and many more. But, it is also the peak stage to figure out our future and also the crucial time to make the best investments.
So, here I wanna share some of the lifetime investments you could make.
But now, you might ask, I have to earn now, why should I make an investment. Isn’t it a waste of time and money???
Definitely NO, to gain more first we need to invest in valuable stuff.
Ask any successful entrepreneur, they invest first and then make 10x of their business.
That applies to our general life as well. Be it in any relationship, friendship, married life, or family. We invest our time and heart in the other person and gain similar love back. Right?
The same thing goes for career, business, or skills development too.
Let me discuss a few things you can invest and that will make a huge difference in your choices.
Ok now, let’s start.
1. Invest in Books.
Books are one such treasure thing you can easily get access to. If not books, keep reading journals or articles of your interest that are available on the internet.
In case you didn’t have time for reading, then there are many audiobooks available, listen to them while doing your chores.
Fun fact: Do you know that reading multiplies your brain cells?
Reading is like an exercise for our brain muscles and this gives us growth in our personal and professional life too. Reading can help you learn more about your job or improvise your views on personal life too.
It helps you imbibe great knowledge, culture, and life about the world around you by sitting in comfort. This is like the biggest wealth you could have. The knowledge you get from them is gonna live forever with you and the next generations too.
2. Invest in a mentor.
“Learning never stops”.
A mentor or any new skills that you learn will give an improvement, an updated life, and help you reach your goal faster and easier. This investment will give you a ton of confidence. It will save you tons of time and double your income.
Otherwise, there are many free resources at hand on youtube or free courses available on some of the websites which also is so useful.
Always Noted: “You are what you consume.” So, I keep your content value high.
3. Invest Time for health.
Struggling with any disease or discomfort is something I don’t think is part of being rich.
Investing time in designing your lifestyle for good health is the best you can make for a very long run in a lifetime.
Make time for a workout every day or at least go on a fast walk for half an hour per day. This will make your body so active and your mind organized.
Human bodies are meant for movement but most of our work is at a desk. So, take breaks every one hour and walk around for 10 minutes to balance it.
Along with physical health, take care of your mental health too. Peace of mind comes by maintaining good relationships with your loved ones and being grateful for all the good you receive in life.
4. Invest in Networking.
Being an introvert, I cannot stress how much I have missed so far.
I assure you, try it out once and you will love it for it’s after work.
Talk to people to develop your communication skills and it will make you understand different views, and perceptions on one topic, and helps you widen your reach along with knowledge.
Interact with people who are best in their niche. So that, you can take in their techniques and try to use them.
The best part is, that networking brings a lot of work to your table without much effort.
Join niche groups on my Facebook and Linkedin and start networking. And spread your knowledge by sharing it with others for free. So that you can also become better at it.
5. Start a side hustle.
This is becoming so popular these days and it is most important to do also. It makes a huge difference in gaining more knowledge.
Multiple income streams are a wise way to earn because in the coming years most of the work is getting saturated. So, learning different skills and making different income streams is important.
