Die Hard 2 is an action film released in 1990, directed by Renny Harlin and starring Bruce Willis as John McClane. The movie takes place on Christmas Eve, two years after the events of the first Die Hard movie. McClane is waiting for his wife's flight to land at Dulles International Airport in Washington D.C., when terrorists take over the airport's communication system and seize control of the airport. McClane soon discovers that the terrorists are led by a former military officer who is seeking the release of a drug lord from custody.

McClane sets out to stop the terrorists and rescue the hostages, with the help of airport police officer Marvin and his old friend Al Powell from the first Die Hard movie. The film features intense action scenes, explosions, and gunfights, as McClane battles the terrorists and tries to save his wife and other innocent people trapped in the airport. In the end, McClane is able to stop the terrorists and save the day, once again proving himself to be a hero.
