Akshay Kumar was born in Amritsar.his real name is Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia.akshay was recognized as a performer and dancer during his childhood time. akshay and his family lived in Delhi but later they moved to maharastra.there they lived in koliwada. he completed his school in Don Bosco school. after the completion of his school. For the higher education, Akshay joins the Guru Nanak Khalsa at Mumbai.he dropped out the college after one year. he moved to Bangkok for learning martial arts skills.akshay also has a sister name Alka Bhatia.at teenager age Akshay father asked him about his aspired to be. then Akshay replied was he wants to be an actor.
In Bangkok during his martial arts studies, he learned Muay Thai(kind of martial arts in Thailand). there Akshay worked as a chef and waiter.after completing his martial arts studies he came back to Mumbai.in Mumbai Akshay, he starts his martial arts school.IN school one of his students is a rising photographer he recommended Akshay to come in the modeling field. And he leads him to a modeling assignment .durring his first modeling shoots Akshay earned a handsome amount of money. its a big amount of money comparison to his whole monthly salary. this money works as big motivation to Akshay and chooses to model as a career.
he becomes the assistant of Mr. Jayesh Sheth famous photographer. Carrer and struggle
Akshay did a long traveled in his life .he start as a waiter in Bangkok to Bollywood’s Khiladi. he made his first debut in saugandh(1991) as a lead actor role.in the same year, he did another movie dancer(1991) directed by Kishore Vyas. Both movies did not play well in cinemas. these movies get poor reviews. In 1992 Khiladi was Akshay’s true super hit film.this was Akshay first success and this journey was continued until, Yeh Dillagi (1994). During this progress, Akshay recognized in Bollywood as a superstar and he also marked in bollywoods top league actors.in this year he did two more movies which are Main Khiladi Tu Anari (1994)and Jai Kishen (1994) it was quite successful in cinemas.
in 1994 with Mohra and Sabse Bda Khiladi (1995) Akshay come back in the game. these blockbuster movies bring Akshay to fame one of the topmost celebrities of Bollywood. because of continuing Akshay did a line of Khiladi movies like Sabse Bada Khiladi, Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi, Khiladi. Akshay image was raised as an action hero. But Akshay was not happy with it. And then he started works in some romantic movies like Aflatoon, Dil To Pagal Hai (1997), Mr and Mrs khiladi.which was quite successful for him.
akshay didn’t stop here he tried a new role as a villain in Ajnaabi. And that was also well played by Akshay and audience like his role.in the same year Akshay comes on screen with a different role as the comedian with Hera Pheri.he worked in the movie with Paresh Rawal and Sunil Shetty.hera pheri earned Akshay a huge success in Bollywood. And then year by year Akshay improved continue with khakee, Waqt,aitraz,awara Pagal Deewana, Garam Masala, Phir Hera Pheri and recently blockbuster Padman proved that Akshay is a sure-fire hit at the Bollywood as well. Today Akshay is one of the most expensive actors of Bollywood.
