… and he says he can lose himself in long sessions in front of one. “I’m weird about time,” he says. Each evening, he reviews a list of goals for the day, the week, and the month. “And then I just over-allocate time to [addressing] those goals.”
I aimlessly coasted along with no sense of intention or direction — afraid to fully show up. Scared to do the things and say the things I truly wanted — too much of a chicken to leave the safety of my comfort zone.
I was allowing life to happen to me instead of for me.
