Catch the moments

While eating a half of melon with goat cheese ( if you don’t know — it has a much stronger taste, than the cow’s one ) I am thinking about the moments in our life. Every moment is special. We have enjoyed some of it and about others — didn’t. Somewhere I red about the Tibet monks and their sensitivity to every single minute of their life.

The ordinary people has resistance from distraction — if you listen bell every hour, you won’t notice it after a while. Our brain is developing this resistance to save our consciousness. If you think in depth about the source of the distracting noices and events — they are urban product and it ain’t happen in Tibet. If you ring the bell every minute there, the monks will strattle in every single ring.

This ability gives them a whole new life experience and really deep look for the environment. I think it’s a first step to the meditation — to clean your mind and to “see” the details of the world — every leave, falling from the trees, the rising grass, people’s faces ( and even try to guess their personal story ).

These abilities are there, deeply buried in our mind. Wating for a trigger to wake it up and to bring you new life experience.
