In Physics, there is a law which states that “Every action has equal and opposite reaction”. Well, that’s right! Everything we do, be it any activity or just a mere thought, will impact us in some or the other way. How many of us would have taken out time to see what is going in our minds? We have rarely done that, haven’t we?

We hardly spare to see who’s sitting next to us while travelling in a bus or may be just walking down the street. We are not even aware who is around, then forget about our thoughts! If we look at our thoughts, we will realize 90 percent of them, is negative. Either are we talking bad about ourselves or the people around us. When we observe our own thoughts and start to mould them in the right direction, we can feel the change within ourselves.

Thoughts are very powerful. They can make or break you down. One good thought gives us an immense amount of energy to carry out our tasks. And unknowingly we become what we think. If you think and visualize something let’s say you want to become a topper in class ( a college or school going kids can wish to be one :)) or you want to excel at your profession and you visualize yourself to be in that place and how it feels to be there, then at some point of time, you will definitely going to achieve your goals and dreams. Having said that, you ought to put efforts to get what you want. Mind is a bull which controls our thoughts. Keep an eye of what are you thinking at the moment. Everything comes with a payoff, you can’t just get anything as it is. Now you may ask, what is the use of visualization and how it helps us? When we think about something and later visualize it, the energy that is required to achieve that particular thing, also comes along. This energy drives to work and helps us walk on track.

That’s why it is important to devote some time to observe our thoughts and see what’s going on there. If it is negative, turn that into positive, something that can help you to grow in life. So think good for yourself and about others. There is no harm :) Whatever we do, it comes back to us. May be not in the same way but it will definitely gonna come back! And most importantly, stay happy, no matter what! Remember, happiness is a choice and it is should be chosen first at any cost. Because what’s the point if you achieve everything you want and still not be happy? Stay healthy because a healthy body has a healthy mind! Stay calm, take care of yourself and the people around you! With these words, ending my blog here. I guess it was a mixture of few aspects of life but will be more specific in next blogs. This was unplanned piece of writing and I enjoyed every piece of it! Sharing my thoughts makes me feel good and that’s what I did now! I have kept it raw since it’s my first blog. Thank you so much! Keeping smiling! :)
