Found this article very interesting, enough to go and check out Varsidee because the idea of Tryouts sounded like the right next step in place of resumes. Checked out the Varsidee team (on the website, then through LinkedIn) and thought to myself, wow, the team really lacks diversity. It begs the question whether it is a reflection of Varsidee’s bias? And then would its tests/projects then be biased too?
