Face yoga does the same effect what yoga does to our body. Yoga helps us to stay fit and fine in the same way the face yoga helps to keep our skin fresh and glowing. ‘Ageing’ come with ages so, to take care of our skin naturally we need to practice face yoga. To reduce weight and to stay fit, we practice yoga, body workout every day. Similarly, to lose face fat we need to practice facial yoga every day. Yoga helps in blood circulation; it activates the cells and gives a perfect shape to body. Face yoga helps to keep your face toned and stimulates the muscles. It helps to rejuvenate your skin radiance.

One must practice face yoga for a healthy and glowing looking skin naturally. This improves blood circulation, removes dullness and brings glow to your skin. This enhances your beauty and fineness of your skin. Some of the face yoga for glowing skin one must practice regularly is:

· Vowel exercise: To strengthen your jaw line one can practice the vowel exercise. Pronounce the letters A, E, I, O, U in a correct manner. This gives you a perfect shaped jaw line.

· Puff your mouth: First sit down, then fill your mouth with air or water, move the water from cheek to the other, then swallow the water and relax. Repeat this for 30 seconds. This reduces puffiness and wrinkles from face. This is good for hygiene.

· Water tap pose: First sit down, fill your mouth with water then tap your fingers on your cheeks for 10 seconds, at last swallow the water and relax. Repeat this for 3–5 times. This gives instant glow to your face. It helps to brighten your skin and stimulates the cells.

· Gravity jaw flex: First sit down, look up, cover the upper lip with the lower lip, as much as you can hold it for 10 seconds, feel the stretch on the jaw muscle. This is a natural process that controls skin ageing and gives a toned face. Repeat this 10–15 sets daily.

· Sky kiss and smile pose: First sit down, lean your head back, look up, form a pout and hold the kiss for 10 seconds and then smile. Repeat this for 15 times, this gives you a toned and flushed cheeks.

· Relaxing pose: First sit down, place the fingers at centre of your forehead swipe it gently, till the end of your forehead, then close your eyes, rotate your eye balls with the index finger clockwise, anti clockwise. Repeat this for 5 times before going to sleep. This will relax your mind and will give you good sleep.

· Balanced diet: Follow a balanced diet, have fruits and green leafy vegetables, avoid oily food. Keep hydrated drink 8 glasses of liquid (water, juice) daily and get 6–8 hours of sleep daily. Yoga is beneficial for health. Not only the body workout, but the above mentioned face yoga should be practiced daily, for 20–25 minutes.
