Simplify Life ,complications are futile.

I am not preaching anything, i won’t say i follow this principle in my own life, it is just something i have started believing firmly in, lately and every single time that i have managed to follow it,the results have been brilliant.

That job isn’t perfect, leave it. That outfit isn’t available in your size,find another. That relationship isn’t working out, move on. That last piece of chocolate cake has 1000 kcal, who cares,you want to eat it, just eat the goddamn piece .Why? because that is your first instinct and that is ,what is going to make you happy in the end. All the thoughts and debates going on in your head in between will only end up messing your head.

Why do they say, life is difficult ? we tend to overthink and overanalyse every situation. It isn’t always necessary to weigh the pros and cons of everything in life.Even if you end up making wrong decisions sometimes,you yourself will stand responsible for them with no one else to put the blame on and you will instinctively know how to fix them.

The solutions for the tougher questions in life can never be found with a storm raging in your head. They come to you when your mind is free and calm. Let it go, anything that complicates your life. Just let it all go . Take a deep breath , calm down yourself. Life won’t become perfect but it will surely become simpler.
