(Operation Online Exodus 2018: From GRCAM An Online Network To GRCAI An Actual Business Plan Based On My Revised Book)

Happy New Year Cyber Friends and Associates,

Our objective in 2018: Here are a few things about my virtual Christian organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement plan to do in the new year:

* GRCAM objective is to become the best place to work in the city of Chicago. We hope to become one of Chicagoland’s largest employers within the inner city and to provide employment to 35,000 community residents.

* GRCAM objective is to launch the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago (GRCAI), academics and teach working class and underclass low-income African Americans the skills they need to earn a living wage. We will also provide our members with life skills that create a path out of poverty.

Last year the Me Too Movement was born as a two-word hashtag used on social media in October 2017 to denounce sexual assault and harassment, in the wake of sexual misconduct against film producer and executive Harvey Weinstein. The phrase, used in this sense by social activist Tarana Burke, was popularized by actress Alyssa Milano, who encouraged women to tweet their experiences to demonstrate the widespread nature of misogynistic behavior. Since then, millions of people have used the hashtag to come forward with their experiences, including celebrities.

This year I am encouraging everyone on my friends list, everyone in my social groups, and everyone who is following me online to help me take “GRCAM” the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement to the next level by purchasing my revised book and sharing my book information with your friends so that I can generate enough capital from my book sell to hire qualified individuals to join my management team so that we can educate the next generation starting in Chicago I’m calling this operation Online Exodus 2018.

At this time I will continue to use my online talkshow as a way to interact with people on my friends list and people in my social groups until I am able to generate enough capital from my book sell to hire qualified people to assist me in the daily operation of my Christian business. Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos is part of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. This live one hour no holds-barred talk show focus on promoting grassroots advocacy, business, finance, health, community based solutions, employment and spirituality which speaks to the interests of our listeners. Broadcasting on multiple social networks throughout the United States and around the globe. This show will provide insight on how our creative abilities can be used to create tangible change in our communities.

I am given everyone on my friends list an opportunity to appear on my online talkshow to promote your business, ministries, or share your special talent and skills with my listeners from the podcast community until God blesses me with the capital to start my Christian business. I will then invite previous guest speakers to come to Chicago during our live events. I may be able to assist with your travel and hotel expenses and compensate you during the process God willing. All I ask is when you can please purchase my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition so that I can do all of the things which I have written.

God did not call me to start a small store front business but instead a massive business which will meet the social needs of the families and communities we will serve if given a chance. I have my business plan available for potential Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist. I am using my book as a tool to recruit serious like-minded individuals who want to build something new in Black America for the benefit of inner city youth and their families.

Serving Our Community

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement was founded on making a commitment to improve the quality of life for inner city youth and their families. This is why I created social groups in order to connect with other like-minded individuals who think out side of the box. I want to form cooperative alliances with Millennials, Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Caribbean, Non-black sympathizers, all Christians regardless of denominations, moderate Muslims, and secular people so that we can bring quality programs and services to areas where they were not being provided. Help turn my vision into a reality by purchasing my book and reading my story. It takes a team to make a dream work.

I am just one black man with a plan and a vision. It’s time for members of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement to do your part as digital citizens to step up and spread my book information with your family, friends, places of worship and also at your local community center so that I can eventually turn my vision into a reality. These are not just online groups I created just to sell my book but rather groups for us to build our own network so we can support one another.

Community Assessment

Addressing the lack of resources in our communities is an important part of our mission and a priority for the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. Since needs can differ from community to community, each GRCAM staff will conduct community research. We hope through reading our reports, you will better understand GRCAM commitment to serving our urban communities and perhaps see an opportunity to partner with us in addressing our community’s needs nationwide.

Community Benefits

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement aim to take the lead in community research in the African American community, outreach and education. We will offer charitable care and services under our nonprofit sector. My business is based on my experience I will use my story to teach our members how I came from nothing to achieving my dream by owning, sharing, and using my experience to help heal others through my Christian business called the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. We will use what we have to create something positive it’s called improvising. Only when we change ourselves can we legitimately demand change from others including the dominant culture. It is easy to criticize the white man, career politicians, and the government but it is difficult to confront ourselves. I will run my business the way I run my home drama free.

I will declare war on this Willie Lynch mentality within the black culture through my members. Personal change is possible when we have changed ourselves, we can then change our world. The reason governments are corrupt is because government is made up of people and people are products of societies which breed them. In GRCAI we will practice an authentic form of Christianity. Everyone is important and must contribute to the rebuilding of a better Black Community starting in the city of Chicago and beyond.

My vision is to evolve beyond the internet and make our presence known in the city of Chicago by generating enough capital from my book sell in order for me to recruit and hire qualified individuals throughout the United States who can come to Chicago and work with me and Sister Rena with the daily operation of my business. We will use an open peer-to-peer social media campaign through my online talkshow until I am able to start GRCAI in Chicago.

I believe that building on peer-to-peer campaign is the best path forward to getting GRCAM off the ground. My aim is to empower the black community by reclaiming, rebuilding, and restoring the urban communities throughout the Midwest. I am seeking partners who share my long term vision for the future of the black community and want to help me build and start this new business endeavor. Those who support me in turn I will support them.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is based on my revised book. This book is the foundation of my Christian business and we will use the ideas in my book and put them into action. The mission of (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is to help raise awareness about the genocide which is taking place within our inner cities in America, in order for me to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my concern to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and around the globe for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos.

GRCAI will serve as a resource for 21st Century community building. Members will view themselves as political ambassadors of the freedom movement in Black America. We will use spoken word and hip hop performances, documentary films, stage plays, and panel discussions as our preferred means for reaching the masses. All of our events will emphasize a focus on audience participation and allow for questions and answers.
GRCAI objective is to empower young people through our arts programs, education, and civic participation. We will empower our members through our curriculum, and provide resources to aid towards their spiritual development.

The only thing which is preventing Emmanuel from starting his Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why he is on social media to get his message out to the public through his Youtube videos, his Social Groups, his Blog Postings, his online talkshow, and now through his revised book. After 15 years of being ignored and rejected by established black organizations and the black church in the city of Chicago Emmanuel realized it was time for a new approach. He wrote and published his revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition in 2012. His book is the foundation of his Christian business and will be use to put his ideas into action. GRCAI will help make our community healthier, safer, and stronger.

GRCAI will be membership based and private in order for us to weed out people who don’t care about our inner-city youth, their families, or the black community. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed. We will only serve families that want to utilize our programs and services. Everyone will be screen and must attend our mandatory orientation and sign the community pledge no exceptions. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago will display the best of black culture through our programs/services, message of faith, and personal responsibility. His organization is open to all law-abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is Emmanuel Barbee contribution back to his community, society, and throughout the African Diaspora.
