Letting Go

Letting go of old habits, mindsets and feelings is a healthy choice.
The better you become at the skill of letting go the faster you will grow.
We hold ourselves back from rapid growth because we hold on too long to things that serve us no purpose other than crowding the space in and around us.
Letting go clears up space sufficiently leaving us room for the new.
We must be mindful that the act of letting go is a skill to be learned and work on it every opportunity we get.
We have to learn from all situations and figure out our personal formula to effectively letting go.
We are all different and what may work for one may not work for another.
It may take some time to fully understand how to let go but be patient and only focus on the step that is ahead of you.
Live and let go for a better today and tomorrow.
