I am the Administrator for a Facebook Page called “Mike Boorda, Admiral, Tribute.” Admiral Boorda, the only Chief of Naval Operations who came up the ranks as an E-1, committed suicide in the early mid 90’s over his alleged misuse of a Valor device on one of his ribbons.
