Nintendo lately seems to be living and dying by the fad, whether it was motion technology (Wii Fit), tablets (Wii U) and now augmented reality with Pokemon Go. I hope they don’t just try to cash in on this latest craze by coming out with an avalanche of AR games, but look to broaden their mobile offerings or franchise their properties outside their own platform.
