That’s a really cool story…however, John Doe 1991 was Vietnamese, and spoke to the doctors trying to help him in Vietnamese before he died. And he would not be on a list of missing and exploited children. And the photograph is of a live African American guy and is not a reconstruction…..and the list of John Does for California for the past 40 years only lists two African Americans, and both of them are female.
