This is the one i use the most. Perfectionism is a way of procrastination too. I found your article very helpful. Something that helps not to procrastinate is to plan your day-routine one night before. I don’t allow myself to take a break until everything in my list is done. And if i don’t feel like doing something i write down whyi didn’t do it and evaluate it, it is fun.
