Using Mindfulness to Break Sugar Addiction

It’s no secret that sugar is addicting. Sugar today is scientifically constructed to make our brains love the taste of it. Unfortunately, with our brains wired to crave sugar, breaking out of unhealthy sugar-eating habits can be incredibly difficult. But science suggests that mindfulness training is the kryptonite to cravings we can’t ignore, even more so than traditional addiction treatment programs.
