Most of us underestimate our ability to make things inevitable. Things that feel highly improbable or out of our control can become inevitable through deliberate action.

Let’s start with a simple example…

If I roll dice one time, my odds of rolling snake eyes are low (2.78% to be exact).

If I roll dice 100 times, my odds of rolling snake eyes increases to 94%. What happened here? Something that was once improbable became almost inevitable — simply by changing our actions.

marc pickren reacting responding

The difference between responding and reacting is binary. When you respond, you’re taking what your internal kernel tells you is right action. When you react, you’re letting your ego warp the interaction.

Reacting to a situation, the only outcome, is diminishing yourself and bludgeons your divine spark.

Reacting will also hurt your important relationships with others.

Even though it may not manifest immediately.
