A simple yes / no question would improve ratings in the on demand economy

I am for the yes/no option with a comment field. I would point out that Airbnb (where I worked), Uber, Postmates, and others all pay big incentives to get new supply and my understanding is that they are not removing that supply purely based on mediocre reviews. That said, I think you are introducing a more standardized rating system, which make sense.
