Interesting question you raise about athority accounting. When the source of authority can be described and accounted with objective data, it helps to bring transparency in the organisation I guess. Does it also mean that anyone new to the organisation, who would have acquired knowledge and experience outside the organisation (let’s say in a previous job) would have the same authority as someone from inside ? Or does it mean that the level of knowledge and experience yet needs to be acknowledge from within the organisation as well ?
