What a great read on the 1st of January! I’m a firm believer of momentum and you hit the nail on the head. Also I liked that you mentioned how motivation fluctuates as people tend to make goals in highly motivated states but then when the i-dont-feel-like-it comes around they tend to let their goals slide. Momentum stands strong. Awesome post!
