Well, i agree partly with your text. I just tried an oculus rift for a brief time on a sort of rollercoaster simulation, and I was impressed for the feelings of movement and speed you can get from it.
Very different from using a 3D glass.
I actually believe Vr is coming to stay. I personally I’m getting prepared to upgrade my pc and purchase one of then. Oculus, or VIVE.
I play mainly racing simulators, and believe the VR will add precision and immersion like nothing else.
Some kind of games, sure are using VR only as a novelty, but some other genres will match very well the new resources and realism.
