Announcing Jet’s Chief People Officer — The right person for our people

I am happy to announce that today Deena Gianoncelli will be joining Jet as our EVP, Chief People Officer. Deena will spearhead talent acquisition, experience and development as well as organizational design strategy as Jet continues to grow in the weeks leading up to launch and beyond.

Deena has an extensive background in talent development across multiple industries, with public and private companies, in various stages of growth. Most recently, Deena led the Talent team for Vince, a global, apparel and accessories fashion brand. In addition to designing and building Vince’s organizational strategy, she helped lead the efforts to complete the company’s initial public offering in November, 2013. Prior to Vince, Deena was at where she led a team of over 200 HR generalists responsible for over 2,200 exempt and 40,000 non-exempt employees. She has also held senior talent positions at Hugo Boss, Bath and Body Works, and The Home Depot.

With the opening of our Hoboken headquarters on the horizon, we are determined to maintain our dynamic, collaborative and transparent company culture, Deena will play an invaluable role in growing and developing our team — from recruiting and hiring, to extending our core values to each and every member of the Jet family.

We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Deena to the Jet team.
