I don’t understand this one, if the Lend-Lease have not happen and the war in the east would take more time then the advance into the Reich from the west would be more difficult but indeed it would end further than the Elbe, perhaps even in a Berlin battle, the handshake with the russian would be in Berlin or even in east Prussia.
