What I enjoyed about it were the practical examples that you have mentioned. Clear and practical.
Something I missed was to say that the journey, to became a mindful individual, is very hard. People need to change many habits to truly achieve higher states of consciousness; for instance changing eating habits and exercising regularly. Not using drugs or alcohol.
