The poetry of Vipassana

Crying out of compassion

“Poetry of what my legs and mind went through” — Picture by Marcoucou, Vietnam

Silencing in an attempt, to tend your wounded mind

Equanimity will bring purity to your life

Before only one word came to our mind, blind

Through time we only saw the outside and outside

Vipassana is giving us the sight, seeing

Seeing from the inside, seeing naturally

Through love, changing and changing, constantly flowing

Living the moment as it is, permanently

Is not a word that life will keep. Sensational

Is a word that will blow your mind. But Sensation

As painful or pleasurable as they could be

I won’t crave for them, I won’t wish for abortion

The law of Nature will be bound to me
