Funding fell through at the last minute, we had counted on it, if it had come through — this situation would be completely different. So in all honesty we did not seeing this coming.

Most startups get into tight spots and often they can pull through when funding is on the horizon, we had no idea this will fall through so fast.

Obviously I deeply regret what happened, but in no way did we do this purposefully. I do understand how from the outside you could feel that way though.
