VfB Stuttgart: injuries and arrests after a bodies

Several people have been injured in the Bundesliga after the relegation of VfB Stuttgart after the relegation from VfB Stuttgart.

At least one fan had to be taken to a hospital. This was reported to the Stuttgart police after the 2–1 (1: 0) victory of VfB against 1. FC Köln.

But even before the kick -off, the police caused incidents. Emergency services had to separate fan camps after home fans had apparently thrown bottles and pyrotechnics towards the officials. A person was slightly injured. The police started pepper spray and temporarily arrested a 23-year-old. In addition, unknown VfB fans beat two Cologne supporters and robbed a scarf and a jacket.

During the game, the Cologne fans set fire to pyrotechnics several times. The officials now want to evaluate the recordings. After the final whistle, several thousand Stuttgart fans stormed the place.

A 48-year-old is said to have hit a previously unknown man to the ground, whereupon he remained unconscious. The officials arrested the suspect, while rescue workers brought the injured to a hospital for further care, as it was said in the message.
