I have been so busy sunbathing I have unfortunately been forgetting to write. I even missed Alan s visit when he popped in the other day, opps. 
I have decided not to do more courses they have become too taxing on my very limited brain power. Instead I’m going to carry on revisiting my old courses at a slower pace so I don’t burn myself out and I don’t forget what I have done.
