Ten Things I Try to Do Every Day

  1. Sing — it reduces stress;
  2. Laugh — ditto;
  3. Dance — even in the car is ok;
  4. Read — even if it’s just a newspaper. I’ve got to keep my editor’s mind sharp.
  5. Write — keeping a journal is key;
  6. Play with my animals — furballs are good listeners;
  7. Walk outside, barefoot if possible;
  8. Speak to a friend;
  9. Smile at a stranger because I can;
  10. Be grateful.
