The three most powerful words in science
Mark Humphries

One of my favorite quotes by Neil deGrasse Tyson addresses exactly this. In a Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey episode devoted to evolution and the origin of life, he concludes with something along the lines of, “The fact is, we don’t know how life on Earth began. There’s no shame in that. The only shame is in pretending we have all the answers when we don’t.”

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
