Pomodoro means “A low calorie pomodoro sauce is the way to get if you are planning and enjoying some pasata”.

Pomodoro is a technique or method in which focus on only one task instead of two or three task at a time. Time limit of 25 minutes is set for task in first round. In these 25 minutes only focus on that task which you are doing. Try to reduce any Distraction during this time as soon as possible .After 25 minutes take a break of 5 to 6 minutes. After completed this first round repeat this again and again until the completion of task. You should arrange a reward for this activity. Reward is a type of positive force which enhance your interest in task. Due to this reward you will complete your task as soon as possible. Today, I decided to do pomodoro Challenge. I needed to set a timer of 25 minutes for completing the 2nd course Amal Fellowship of this week. I completed first round without any distraction and took break of 5 minutes. I repeated this round again and again until the completion of my task. After that, I took a break of 1 hour.

My experience was great. This technique and reward will be very helpful for me in future. I suggest everyone to use this method in your real life.
