Sometimes I find myself so aware of this and I get to be detached to several of the noted aspects that you mentioned, but most of the time I am too invested in the past and the future that I forget to grasp the NOW to make the most of it, because the rest does not exist.

I would love to know if you have simple tips to start practicing detachments, like little every-day actions to keep it in perspective.
